    • client sign off is important to ensure not payment issues
    • do not allow scope drift
  7. deliver work
    • complete work
    • recorded delivery
    • in person
    • always keep a copy of the work
  8. receive receipt from client
  9. send invoice to client
    • send the invoice sooner rather than later
    • send as soon as your receive receipt
    • order number
    • client contact (name of person) 
    • date of commission
    • date of delivery
    • only supply the total cost not the break down. 
  10. payment is made
    • this normally means the job is complete
